Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Satin Post (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Satin Post is a content management tool that assists users in generating, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing posts to their X (Twitter) account. The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest content based on user-defined personas and preferences. Satin Post acts as a publishing tool only — it does not autonomously create or post content without the user’s explicit review and action.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at coach@biomechcoaching.com. Satin Post is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. User Content and Publishing Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Satin Post a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content published to X through the Service. The Service presents AI-generated draft content for your review before any post is scheduled or published. By scheduling or publishing a post, you confirm that:

  • You have read, reviewed, and approved the content in full.
  • You are voluntarily authorising the publication of that content to your X account.
  • The content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Terms of Service and Developer Agreement of X (Twitter).
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights.

Satin Post is not liable in any way for the content of posts published through the Service. This includes but is not limited to any claims of defamation, copyright infringement, harassment, misinformation, or violation of any applicable law arising from content published via the Service. All such liability rests entirely with you as the account holder who reviewed and approved the content prior to publication.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or obscene
  • Violate X’s Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, or Automation Rules
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ accounts
  • Use the Service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or unsolicited mass messaging
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service in any unauthorised manner

Satin Post reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice for any violation of this section.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with X (Twitter), OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Satin Post is not responsible for the availability, conduct, security, or data handling practices of any third-party service. Any disruption, outage, or incident arising from a third-party service does not constitute a breach by Satin Post.

7. Security and Data Breach Disclaimer

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the data you provide to us. However, no database, server infrastructure, or internet transmission method is completely secure. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Satin Post cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to or stored within the Service.
  • Satin Post shall not be held liable for any data breach, unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure of your data — including your X account credentials, uploaded images, or personal information — whether arising from our systems, third-party infrastructure, cyberattacks, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
  • Your data is subject to the security environments of our infrastructure providers. Satin Post accepts no liability for security incidents originating within those environments.

By using the Service, you accept this risk. If you do not accept this risk, you should not use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Satin Post does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, lawful, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • Posts will be published to X at the exact scheduled time, or at all, due to factors outside our control
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GHOST MANAGEMENT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Any content published to X through the Service, whether or not reviewed, scheduled, or published by you
  • Any data breach, loss of data, or unauthorised access to your account or stored information
  • Any actions taken by X, including account suspension, restriction, or termination
  • Any loss of revenue, business, reputation, or goodwill arising from use of the Service
  • Any failure or delay in publishing scheduled posts
  • Any reliance on AI-generated content that proves inaccurate, misleading, or harmful

In any event, Satin Post’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Satin Post in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Satin Post and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any content you publish through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by using the in-app deletion feature or contacting us directly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
